friendly staff several pools room view buggy pickups

the staff was friendly and accommodating. i loved the several pools including the swim-up bars. the room included everything i needed and offered a view of one of the pools. i also liked deaw who provided laughs, buggy pickups, and welcomed me back to the resort.

there were a few too many stairs to the reception and pool for those with mobility issues. but there is a ramp for strollers or baggage.

the hotel is near many restaurants, bars, and shops within a 5-minute walk. i also liked that the hotel is close to markets, massages, street food, and other conveniences and that kata beach is a short taxi ride away.

the modern rooms are very well designed. they feel fresh and clean, and the color palette is appealing. the inclusion of usb ports made traveling without chargers easy, and all the rooms have decent beds.

It is well kept. i found the staff helpful. They assisted with my requests quickly. the pools were a highlight. I spent considerable time at the swim-up bars. the location is convenient with shops and restaurants nearby.

The air conditioning in the dining area was insufficient. It was quite warm during breakfast. i would have liked better climate control there
